You are about to grow a jar of fresh food on your kitchen counter in about five days. No soil, no garden, no green thumb. People are going to be genuinely surprised by what comes out of that jar, and that surprise is the whole thing.

This is background, not a script. It is what is true about the product. The rest is yours to shape however feels right. Read it once, then go grow something.

## The one idea behind everything

We make growing your own food easy. And not just any food, the most nutrient-dense food on Earth.

People have always wanted to grow their own food. They gave up, or never started, because it seemed too hard, too messy, not for them. We removed the hard part.

There are a thousand healthy products. There is exactly one that makes growing your own food something a normal person can actually do, right on the counter. That is the whole company.

## What you are really showing people

A countertop garden grows a few garnishes. A supplement is a capsule. Neither one does what this does: a full, abundant harvest of some of the most nutrient-dense food you can eat, grown with your own hands, in about five days, and beautiful enough to leave out.

It is less about selling sprouts and more about showing people something they did not think was possible for them. **You can grow your own food, no garden required.**

The feeling you are going for

Not "this is healthy." They already know that. The moment you are after is **"wait... I could do that."** Everything else follows from there.

## Your reason: the part only you can say

The reveal and the ease are the same for everyone. That is the hook, and it never changes. What changes is why _you_ would keep doing it. That is the part only you can say, and it is what makes the video yours instead of an ad.

Before you film, answer one honest question: **why would you keep doing this?** Not why we say to. Why you actually would. Your real answer is the video.

**Pick one.** One real reason per video. Do not stack them. One honest reason from one real person is what spreads. Yours might sound like one of these, or nothing like them. The point is that it is true for you.

- _"My kids are grown, it's just us now. I want to be sharp and strong at 80, and this is the easiest thing I've added to get there."_
- _"Three kids, no time, and I cannot garden. But I can rinse a jar while I pack lunches, and now they're eating something I actually grew."_
- _"My work runs on what I put in my body. This is the highest-quality food I can get, and I control every input."_
- _"I stopped trusting where my food comes from. Now there's no label to read. I grew it, so I know what's in it."_
- _"I've quit every health habit I've ever started. This one stuck. Two minutes, and I can see it working."_
- _"I cook constantly, and fresh sprouts changed my plates. I'm putting down something I grew this morning."_

## The kits

Most people start with the **High-Sulforaphane Broccoli Starter Kit** or the **High-Sulforaphane Salad Mix Starter Kit**, each a sprouter paired with premium organic seeds. Two things worth knowing:

- **The seeds are chosen for nutrition, not yield.** Commodity broccoli seed is bred to grow big heads in a field. Ours is selected for what it delivers when sprouted, which is why "just grab sprouts at the store" is not quite the same thing.
- **The Salad Mix is the one most people actually eat every day.** Alfalfa, high-sulforaphane broccoli, radish, mung beans and green lentils. The radish adds a pretty, peppery bite that makes it a real salad ingredient rather than a health add-on.

People ask why not just use a jar. Airflow and drainage. Those two things are what separate a full, healthy harvest from a disappointing one, and the sprouter is engineered around both. Stainless steel filter, 100% drainage, glass throughout so plastic never touches your food, and it looks good enough to leave on the counter.

Around day 5, the sprouts knit together into one dense, full mass that slides out of the jar in a single piece. It looks impossible, and you grew it. **This is the visual hero of your content.**

Build your video toward this moment. Lid off, tip the jar, let it slide out, and react honestly. It is the part people stop scrolling for.

## How to grow a reveal-worthy jar

Want the jar that slides out in one perfect piece? Here is the technique:

- Use **broccoli, alfalfa, clover or radish** seeds. These form the dense mat. Lentils and mung beans will not.
- Do not overcrowd. A normal amount of seed is plenty.
- **Night 1:** soak 6 to 8 hours.
- **Days 1 to 3:** rinse twice a day and gently rotate the jar so the seeds spread along the walls instead of clumping.
- **Days 3 to 5:** hands off. Just rinse twice a day and let it grow together.
- **Harvest around day 5**, maybe day 6, when it is full and packed. Lid off, flip, and film it sliding out.

## Filming notes

- Natural light, real kitchen or space, your own words. Not ours.
- **Show the before and the after.** Tiny dry seeds, then the full reveal. That contrast is everything.
- Do not over-produce it. Honest and a little raw beats polished and stiff every time.
- Talk in first person about your own experience. Share it the way you would tell a friend.

Say it like this

"Wait for it. What comes out of this jar on day five does not look like it came from a spoonful of seeds."

### Super Easy _convenience_

About 2 minutes a day. No soil, no sun, no green thumb. Gardening takes real work. This is closer to brushing your teeth. Pour water in, pour water out, walk away.

"Honestly, this takes me two minutes a day. I rinse it when I make my coffee, and before I go to sleep, and that's it."

### Super Fast _speed_

Seed to plate in about 5 days. Not weeks. On your plate hours from harvest, not days.

"This was a handful of seeds five days ago, and I'm putting it on my plate minutes after I cut it."

### Super Sovereign _control and peace of mind_

You grew it, so you know exactly what is in it. No mystery, no label to read.

"I love knowing exactly what's in my food, because I grew it myself, right here on my counter."

### Super Abundant _value_

A whole, lush harvest for less than $1 a serving.

"This whole harvest cost me pennies. Way less than the sprouts or the mature vegetables at the store."

### Super Nutritious _the payoff_

Some of the most nutrient-dense food on the planet. This one has its own tab, because it is the reason the video matters.

"And it's some of the most nutrient-dense food I can eat."

## A few more openers

Concepts, not scripts. Pick whatever fits and say it the way you actually would.

### The believability angle

"I have killed every plant in this house. This? Five days, two minutes a day, thriving."

### Talking to camera

"Can we talk about growing your own food for a second? I always thought it meant a garden and a whole project. It doesn't anymore."

## Grow your nutrition.

Those other countertop gardens grow mostly garnishes. A supplement is packed with nutrition, but you cannot grow it. TSC is the only one that does both: a full, abundant harvest of seriously nutrient-dense food, grown with your own hands, right on your countertop.

## One-liners.

"I found out broccoli sprouts can have up to 100x more glucoraphanin than a full head of broccoli. The baby plant, not the grown one."

### Two words, sorted out in one line

**Glucoraphanin** is what is stored in the seed and the sprout. **Sulforaphane** is what your body makes from it when you chew. The sprout carries the enzyme that does the converting, which is the part a capsule usually cannot do.
